HOW IT WORKS

Step 1: Voice Recording

You can record dictations by calling in to our toll-free number, or using a speech recognition app on your smartphone or a digital recorder.

Step 2: Transcribe and Edit

Our certified transcriptionists access your audio file and begin the transcription. Multiple levels of fact checking and editing is then performed before they upload it to the document manager.

Step 3: Client Review

We send the transcript to you so you can review, e-sign, download, and/or print it.
